Shipping policy
The Customer will receive an Order number by email confirming that it has been received. (Subject to receipt of full payment for the order).
MOUTY undertakes to process orders and PREPARE packages the same day for orders placed before 1:00 p.m., otherwise the next day (Monday to Friday)
The processing time may be extended during periods or special operations (Christmas, Sales, etc.)
The customer will be informed of the different stages of the preparation and shipping of their order by email, to the email address provided by the latter in their customer account.
MOUTY makes every effort to deliver the order within the deadlines indicated on the dispatch confirmation and undertakes to ensure that delivery is made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, excluding exceptional circumstances.
MOUTY delivers worldwide and you can track your order at any time, on the website of the chosen carrier, until delivery to the address provided when placing your order.
Shipping methods:
It is up to the customer to provide exactly all the details necessary for the proper delivery of their order and perfect delivery (Access code, access specification for example).
Products from the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
The delivery cost of your order will be calculated during checkout.
Depending on the destination, several delivery methods may be offered to you, some at the customer's expense.
Isolated areas and International
If your delivery address is isolated, for example to outlying islands or other remote destinations, we may be unable to deliver the order to that address.
If this concerns you, you will be informed before we accept your order.
We reserve the right not to ship to any country prohibited by export laws and regulations.
If you order product(s) requiring international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes payable upon receipt of the order.
You will be responsible for these import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.
In the event that you wish to return an item, taxes will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you would be responsible for recovering these taxes from your customs authorities. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws of the country from which the products are delivered. We will not be responsible for any breach of these laws by you.

Please note that an order processing time must be added to the delivery time
A delivery note is included in the package, summarizing the Items ordered and actually delivered.
The Customer fully and exclusively assumes the risks relating to the Items from their delivery.
Absence during delivery
If the Customer is absent during delivery, a delivery notice informs him of the terms of conservation of his package and its provision, under the full and exclusive responsibility of the carrier.
Invalid address / package return
If the delivery address provided by the Customer is not valid and therefore results in a return of the package for non-receipt at the address indicated, the costs of reshipping the package will not be covered by MOUTY.
In this case, the customer has 15 calendar days to contact customer service to organize the reshipment of their order.
Beyond this period, the Order will be automatically canceled: the Customer will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of this order. In the event that the order is definitively canceled, the Customer will obtain a refund of the price paid for their Order within 14 days following the cancellation confirmed by e-mail.

A free UPS return slip is also included in the package for all orders in FRANCE.
Late delivery
In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 7 working days compared to the above-mentioned maximum period, the Customer may contact MOUTY by e-mail to instruct it to carry out delivery within a reasonable additional period. In the event of non-compliance with this new deadline, the customer may ask MOUTY to cancel their Order.
The contract and therefore the sale will be considered terminated upon receipt by MOUTY of the email or a letter by which the Customer informs it of its decision unless delivery has taken place between the sending and receipt of the email or letter from the Customer. In the event that the Order is definitively canceled, the Customer will obtain a refund of the price paid for their Order within 14 calendar days following the cancellation confirmed by e-mail. In the event that the Customer receives the package after canceling their Order, they must return the package using the returns service.
MOUTY will reimburse the Items upon receipt of all of them in their perfect original condition.
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the package is made available to the Customer, in particular by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. If the package is damaged or if the Item does not correspond to the Customer's Order, the Customer must contact Mouty via the site's contact form or at the address contact@mouty-paris.com within 7 calendar days, after receipt of the order.
If, for the same Order, the delivery dates of several Items differ, the delivery date is based on the date furthest from the order date.
