Refund policy

MOUTY has a 14-day return policy.

Returns are free in France, abroad they are at the customers' expense.

Outside the European Union, sales and customs clearance taxes cannot be reimbursed by mouty-paris.com; However, you can try to recover these amounts by contacting your nearest customs office directly.


RETURN PROCEDURE

Here are the return terms:

1- Make sure that all items are exactly in the condition you received them, with their label(s) still attached.

Purchases made on our website via Click & Collect:
Returns are made directly to the store;

Purchases made on our website, from France: you can return items in their original packaging
-Using the UPS return slip provided in the parcel (this return service is free of charge for France, and you will be reimbursed if your parcel is lost or stolen on its way to our warehouse).
-or by any other secure means of transport, with tracking essential for any claim, this method of return being the responsibility of the customer.

Purchases made on our website, from abroad: you can return the items in their original packaging with your delivery note showing your order number.
Return the items via the carrier of your choice, taking care to choose a tracking service, which is essential for any claim, as the return is the customer's responsibility.

Upon receipt of the return of your order and once the returned items have been verified, MOUTY undertakes to process the customer's return and make the reimbursement (on the credit card which was used to pay for the order only) as quickly as possible. deadlines and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of receipt of the return package.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION

Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, due to varying processing times from banks and other payment service providers.

Only a refund will be offered upon return.

If you wish to make an exchange, you will need to return the item that does not suit you and place a new order.

Only one refund per order.

Purchases made online cannot be returned in store.


EXCEPTION

For hygiene reasons, hats and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

ITEMS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT

In the event of delivery of an item which did not correspond to your order, or

If an item you receive is defective and was received damaged, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt.

Some items have been made by hand, which gives them a unique finish and they may differ from each other.



RIGHT TO RETRACT

Under Community Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 relating to consumer rights in the context of distance sales contracts, as transposed in the Customer's country, the latter is entitled to cancel his order at any time within 14 calendar days following the date on which he received the products.
The Customer therefore has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their Order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Once the returned Items have been verified, MOUTY undertakes to reimburse the Customer for all sums paid for their order, except for the gift box and delivery costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of receipt of the return package, to the Customer's bank account or payment account used for payment for the Items.
