The Items available for sale are those which appear on the Site. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. They are offered within the limits of availability displayed on the Site.
MOUTY reserves the right to withdraw from sale, at any time, any Item present on the Site and/or to replace or modify any information associated with the Items appearing on this Site. In the event that an Item is unavailable, after placing their Order, the Customer is informed by email, their order then being automatically canceled.
The characteristics of the Items sold on the Site (photographs, graphics and descriptions of the Items, etc.) are given for information purposes only and may vary over time. ORDERING ITEMS

If the Customer does not receive any email following their Order, it is their responsibility to contact MOUTY customer service in accordance with the terms of these General Terms and Conditions.
MOUTY cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of an entry error or transmission of an entry error not allowing the delivery of the confirmation email and/or the Articles. The Customer is recommended to print the Order confirmation email. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Creating a customer account :
The creation of a customer account prior to placing an order on the site is not obligatory. The customer can place their order as a guest or choose to create a customer account.

MOUTY reserves the right to close any customer account and/or refuse any sale to a Customer in the following cases:
- Failure to pay one or more previous Orders,
- Abusive, unfair or fraudulent use of the Order service offered on the Site or non-compliance with any of the Customer's obligations defined in the General Terms and Conditions.
In this case, MOUTY sends an email to the Customer concerned at the address communicated by the latter when creating their customer account or their order informing them of the deactivation of their username and password and of the closure. of his account and/or the refusal of his order.
PRICES OF ITEMS
Prices are indicated on the Site in Euro, all taxes included (TTC), excluding processing and shipping costs. They take into account VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order. GUARANTEES
