Creating an account is very easy. Just click “ Create one now ” or when you place an order you will be asked to register your information with your email address and password.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order. You can always contact the carrier for more information regarding the delivery of your package.
You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgotten password” on the login page.
You will then be able to generate a new password to log in to your account.
Your account stores information such as your order history, billing and shipping address. It also gives you the option to track your order. The password ensures that only you have access to your account information.
To delete your account and your personal data, we invite you to contact our customer service in writing at the email address contact@mouty-paris.com.
MOUTY offers delivery in France and internationally, to all countries, excluding special situations. You can consult our T&Cs or contact our customer service for more information.
We offer shipping to any personal postal address, with packages delivered against signature. Your package is delivered by UPS in Metropolitan France and by DHL for the rest of the world.
Standard delivery of orders is free in mainland France from 250€ purchase. For more information see "shipping policy".
Product prices are expressed in Euros, all taxes included and excluding customs duties.
For orders outside the EU Mouty cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control. **French overseas islands
Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from sending the shipping email.
Delivery times are given as an indication and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs clearance times.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the package tracking link, so you can follow its delivery.
All shipped orders are fully traceable on the carrier's website, thanks to the tracking link we send you.
You can contact the carrier if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

We invite you to register on our waiting list, "Notify me" in the product sheet, in order to be informed as soon as the item is available again.
When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with the essential information of your orders.
Orders placed on our Online Store cannot be canceled or modified. You will always have the option of returning your order upon receipt if it does not suit you.
You can pay by Visa Mastercard and American Express. Payment is charged to your card once you place the order. You can also pay via Paypal, Alipay, Apple pay (mobile) and Android pay (mobile).
If your payment is refused or canceled, we invite you to contact your bank directly.
For each order placed as a guest, you will receive an invoice by email. You can also download your invoice from your customer account on our site.
Mouty has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 business days from the date your order was delivered to return it to our returns center for a refund.
They must be sent in their original condition, using the documents provided in the package for mainland France. For other regions, return your items by tracked shipment by a carrier of your choice.
You do not need to notify your return on mouty-paris.com. Simply follow the return instructions in your package.
We do not offer an exchange service. You can therefore return your order for a refund, and place a new order.
You can return your order to us within 14 days of its date of receipt.
The items must be returned to us in perfect condition and accompanied by all their possible accessories and packaging. Returns must be sent using the prepaid label included in your package, or at your expense by tracked shipping by a carrier of your choice. Mouty cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost packages when the order was sent by another carrier.
In mainland France, you do not have to pay shipping costs. A prepaid label is present in each package to return your order.
You must contact our customer service by email or telephone. You have 7 days from receipt of the order to notify our service of a defect in an item received.
Upon receipt of the package, we check the items for completeness before accepting your return and authorizing the refund.
The refund will be made directly to the credit card or to the same method used for the original payment in the same currency.
MOUTY undertakes to process the customer's return and make the reimbursement as quickly as possible, and at the latest within thirty days following the date of receipt.
All orders placed on our Online Store must be returned directly. It is not possible to make an exchange or refund in a physical store.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have authorized a refund for your returned item. We invite you to keep the tracking number found on the return label of your order, in order to track your return.
